Wired router(with multiple ports sued) to a wireless router (connecting to only one wireless device) and the wireless router will also be sued as a switch.

Will this configuration work?

Thanks

Turn off the routing features of the wireless router, just use it as a AP and switch, let the first router do all the routing work.

Connect the switch of the Wired Router to the switch of the Wireless router, make sure only one is running DHCP, and that both have unique internal IP addresses, should work fine...

If you are able to turn off DHCP on the wireless router, then yes.

Great thanks guys...Oh yeah, one more quick question....Using routers of different brands shouldn't matter all that much should it?

Yep, you can trun off the router feature on any router as long as you can access it's controls- make sure your wireless network is secure though- either use wep encryption or at the very least a password.
