Will this mobo fit?

I have an XBlade ATX case and I read somewhere that the max mobo size for it is 12 x 9.5. If I were to get an Asus M2N-E ATX mobo, which is 12 x 9.6, do you think it would fit? Will a tenth of an inch make a difference?
