Will this MB work in a passive cooling 24/7 environment?

Hello,

I'm trying to build a firewall that will consume minimal power with this with an I3-7100T CPU and this MB:

GIGABYTE GA-H110TN-GSM PLUS LGA 1151 DDR4 SO-DIMM

Any suggestions on a good fanless/passively cooled case for this combo? Also, would it be better if i went with an internal mini PSU or an external brick PSU (the external ones are supposed to be more efficient, but I don't know how reliable they are).

DD-WRT on my router using iptables works fine for me. You don't need a dedicated FW box. But back on topic, sure that is fine for passive. Leave the sides off of any mini tower and you have passive cooling, no fan needed.
