Will this fan controller:

The only reason I ask is because the controller is listed as using fans with 3-pin connectors. The 92mm Panaflo has a 3-pin connector, but the description of the 120mm Panaflo says it has a 2-pin connector. Is the 2-pin connector a 3-pin without grounding?
 
a 2 pin fan has no rpm monitoring.
a 3 pin allows the speed to register with the computer.
