Will this CPU work with this motherboard.....

it will work, sockets are compatible, and that mobo supports your 800mhz (referring to FSB) single core cpu
 
offtopic but people were whining about no FSB to overclock in those $29 MB reviews -_-

But does it support the microcode of the newer CPU?

EDIT: It may work, simply because the FSB and socket types are supported. However, if the BIOS doesn't support the microcode of the CPU, it may not work properly.
 
CPU Type Pentium D / Pentium 4 HT / Celeron D

don't think it will work because its a conroe core based celeron , if you used a older lga775 celeron or p4 it would work
 
I checked on the Foxconn website for that model and it is not in the CPU support list. As someone already said this is a conroe based CPU on an older motherboard meant for P4's.
