Will this Cause Static?

Quick question...

Will my subwoofer sitting next to my computer case cause static output to the speakers? Does placement cause interference here?

I have the Altec Lansing 621 along with a newly installed Audigy ZS. I've tried turning the volume off the audigy but the static is still apparent...its definitely from the speakers....had the same issues with my TBSC.

I think that before posting on any forums you might want to try the obvious and move the subwoofer. Heck, it probably would have taken less time than typing your post and would give you a definitive answer.
