Will these cables work for my Eyefinity connection?

GPU OUTPUT: 6870 w/ (2) mini-DP, (2) DVI, and (1) HDMI.
MONITORS INPUT: (1) DP, (1) DVI, and (1) VGA.

In order to connect all three monitors to the 6870 and run Eyefinity, will the following cables work?

One of these:

Two of these:

Card out mini-DP to monitor in DP.
