I wouldn't expect any refreshes until Nvidia at least gets close to selling a new card.
Somehow I doubt they'll introduce another die-shrink into a 5890. The next die-shrink might lead them over to Global Foundries instead of TSMC (or do they have another generation at TSMC ?).
The 4890 wasn't even a die-shrink though, right? It is still at 55nm.

I'm also disappointed that the 57XX series is rumored to be 128-bit. They could have given us at least 192-bit if it's the 4890 replacement, damnit! Leave 128-bit for the 56XX and below...
After nVidia's newest is released most likely. 1GHz core with 2GB 384-bit memory would be nice.
