Will the HYPER 6 fit 939 mobo's?

Im upgrading to a 3500+, MSI K8N neo2, 1GB corsair XMS 3200 XL and a BFG 6800GT. I currently have a cooler master hyper 6 on my motherboard and its cooling very well! I wanna know if it will fit the 939 socket type?? Zipzoomfly says it will fit S478/754/940...no 939. But 754 and 939 look the same...think it will fit?

Agreed, K8 is K8 afaik from the HSF specs I've seen around, it should fit, and if nothing else, 939 is just 940 missing a pin, the mobos are identical.

Please noone go trying to shove a 939 processor into a 940 board.
