Will new RAM get me a better score?

I am running my AMD 3000+ (333fsb) at 204 fsb w/11.0 multiplier with no probs. My memory, Corsair DDR2700 seems to not be able to keep up with the fsb, so I have it clocked at 83% (170 mhz) with the following timings; 2,3,3,8t. with a voltage up .1 at 2.7v.

I am running the Leadtek 6800 gt overclocked to 425/1100 also with no probs. This combo has worked well yielding a 3dmark03 score at 11460. I am wondering how much difference will it make to add new DDR3200 memory so I can go back to running at matched speeds w/the cpu? If so, I am considering either Mushkin or OCZ, I will stay away from Corsair this go around.

Any help would be appreciated.

bump up the voltage to the Corsair, to 2.9V or higher.

new ram will not help your 3dmark03 score, new ram can help you gain a higher fsb that'll affect your 3dmark2001 performance more noticably than it would your 3dmark03 performance.

03 is more of a pure video card score, but the ram will help your 01 score. But who cares about benchmarks? Your games will probably like the synchronous clocks. New ram would definitely help as you get to higher fsbs and on the nForce2 you want the ram to be the same as the fsb effectively. And why would you stay away from Corsair? It's overclocked, but older memory can't overclock as much as todays in some cases. I'd take Corsair over anything else any day.
