My current power supply is a Thermaltake Toughtpower 700W - W0106RU

I am running 2x Gforce 260 SLI with a Q6600 @ 3.0Ghz

ASUS Radeon HD 5970 2GB

G.SKILL PI+ Turbulence 12GB

Noctua NH-U12P SE2 120mm SSO CPU Cooler

4x Intel X25-M Mainstream 80GB w/ Raid 0

Intel Core i7-930 - want to overclock @ 4.0

GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R Motherboard

Will it be enough?
 
That power supply is very proportionate to this system. 80 Plus says the closer to 50-80 percent the more efficient the PSU will run. OC might be a different story.
