Will Klipsch 2.1 work on laptop?

I'm interested in purchasing Klipsch 2.1 speakers, such as those located here:

These are my current speakers:

They only use one plug, which plugs directly into the headphone jack. Will the Klipsch 2.1 speakers be just as simple, or will they require more jacks to plug into?

So my question is, will my laptop be able to support Klipsch 2.1 speakers?

If not, can anyone recommend some high-quality 2.1 speakers that would work on a laptop computer?

Yeap, a 2.0/2.1 setup is just that simple. Maybe a little too simple
