heres my setup:

AMD Athlon 64 3000 s939
MSI Neo2 Nvidia nforce3
ATI Radeon 9800xt 256mb
Seagate 40gb HDD
Sony CD-RW
standard floppy
2x blue LED mad dog case fans

I have an enermax 350w PSU, im gonna upgrade soon. But will this last for now?
 
As always it depends on several factors. Not the least of which is how much crap do you intend to throw into your machine? Meaning how many drives and so fourth.
