I have a Tsunami case and wanted to go with water cooling. The case currently has both a front and rear 120mm fan with good air flow.
My plan is to get a kit from DangerDen to water cool just my CPU for now.
The layout i am going with will force me to put the radiator where the front fan is and get rid of the front fan.
Since i am only cooling my CPU with water, will my chipset or video card get enough air to keep them cool with the front fan gone?

I am a noob to water cooling.
Two questions:
1. Do you mean mounting it inside or outside the rear of the case?
2. If mounting on the outside, would the rear fan be blowing warm air into the radiator?
3. How about this setup: the rear fan blowing out, the radiator on the outside of the case behind the rear fan, and another fan mounted on the radiator on the outside blowing in?
4. Would placing the radiator behind the rear fan restrict airflow?

I have the same case and I plan on putting a 120mm heater core in the front. I removed the HD cage and removed the bottom thing it sits on by popping out the rivets (it is easy with a drill). This way, I can keep the existing 120mm fan, put in the radiator, put on a shroud on the back (perhaps even make one for the front) and another 120mm fan on the back.
 
why not mount it up front and have the fan behind the rad pulling air through it into the case
