Will Fry's allow a RETURN after 4 weeks ?

I have a X850XT that I bought from Fry's last month, but just got a PCIeXpress based motherboard as a gift, and would like to use it :) Would Fry's allow a return to trade in on a X850 PCIe ?

did they give you the receipt for the card? hehe should state on the back of it... but hmm idk..

reading the back of the receipt right now, it's a book :)

says "most products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date"

So looks like I am out of luck, or they are rather vague on the "may be', so I am not asking for money back, just for another product that is similiar in price ?

Not at Fry's. With a few exceptions, most electronics (except digicams, air conditioners and wireless phones) and computer parts (except whole laptops, CPUs, memory, NAS and burners) at Fry's have a 30 day return period. The exceptions listed have a 15 day return.

You can return a video card within 30 days. Actually longer than that if 1) you "lost" the receipt and paid with "cash" or 2) it's close to 30 days and you just want a credit.

so my reciept date is 05/16/05 do I have a chance ?
 
not sure but u did pass the 30 day limited by 15 days. :rolleyes: but never hurts to try. sometimes they might let you trade it in. well GL

PS. u can try to exchange it but i think u might have to pay a little "not so sure heard that from a friend" they are nice people just give it a get go
