Will EVGA Z77 FTW LGA fit in Antec 900?

The Antec 900 specs say it will fit ATX and M-ATX motherboards. The EVGA Z77 FTW LGA motherboard is classified as an E-ATX only because it's just barely larger than a typical ATX. Anyone know for sure if it will fit without having to modify it?
 
I have a Antec 1200V1, and when I was debating whether to go E-ATX based on pictures I believe the Mobo would have fit, however the bigger issue was that it would have covered 50% or so of the cable management holes. Hence why I'm guessing they say these cases are ATX and under.

A900 may be the same case as the A1200 and if so it comes down to whether having to squeeze cables with half the hole covered is an issue for you or not.
