Will an SCSI drive improve my 3Dmark?

you might get shorter load times though
 
If you got 6 15,000 rpm 18 gig drives and turned them into a single massive RAID drive, with an adapter on a 64 bit PCI slot, yeah, you'll notice a little difference. One SCSI drive alone is probably going to hurt performance, at least on some hardware.
