Will a DVI switch cause input lag?

I recently purchased an IPS based monitor (LG W2600HP). It only has one DVI-D connector, so I need a DVI switch so I can easily switch between PC and X360.

I 'm thinking of buying this DVI switch. My only concern, will this device cause any input lag or similar issues that will effect fast paced games?

Any help is very much appreciated.
