Will 850w be enough?

My current system spec is in my signature. I am getting components together to build an i7 system. But I am not sure if I need more power or the current psu is enough for everything. I am current using the Enamax Galaxy 850.

Components for new system:
Intel i7 920 <----- Goal of 3.8 - 4.0 ghz
Foxconn Bloodrage
Corsair Dominator 6gb (3 x 2gb) DDR3 1600
BFG GTX 295 <----- will be overclock'd
EVGA 8800GTX <----- For Physix (from old system)
4 x 150Gb Fujitsu 15K U320
Dell PERC 4e/DC PCI-E
8x120mm fans, water pump.

Should be enough, it will be working under stress though, I think. It also depends on the quality of the PSU, and it's caps.
