wifi problem

ok well in my office i have wifi setup since running hard wire would be costly and time consuming but its like every night at random times the wifi just droped to 1mbps and eventually disconnects then takes like 5 minutes to reconnect after failing 2 times
 
What router do you have?

How many users are using this connection?

What type of activity is going on at night?
