Wifi and Bluetooth mini pcie card

I'm looking for a wifi and bluetooth mini pcie card for my motherboard. My mobo has a mini pcie slot. I've narrowed it down to these two cards:

I don't know what is the difference between them. Are they compatible with my mobo (Asrock Z77 Extreme6)?

There are a lot of unknowns, in part because I haven't used any of the parts you're asking about.

The ASRock Z77 Extreme6 user manual doesn't explain what the mini PCI-E slot is used for. Assuming it's like its "normal" PCI-E siblings, then you could use it for a wireless card. However, like any other expansion card, you'll need to install the drivers/software before you can use the wireless card.

As for the two wireless cards, I can't tell you which one is better. The online research I conducted a few moments ago suggests that they have virtually identical features, to the point that price may play a bigger role in your selection.
