So i burnt 1 of my crucial ballistix sticks (2 x 1gb). And i got the rma'd new sticks today newegg rocks with next day delivery wow. anyway i pop them in and run them for about 2 hours stock speeds. works without a hitch. i then go and oc to 250FSB 1:1 3 3 3 8. and basicly same voltage as in my sig. the puter won't post. considering i was able to get the ovc as in my sig before i was a bit pissed. well i took the sticks out and i forgot to reset the cmos. to my amazement it posted... with a noted 250 FSB OC... i figured if that worked maybe it woudl work higher.... and raised to 270 fsb shut the system down took out the sticks put them back in and booyah... running at sig speeds now.... before anytime i tied to run a divider i would never be able to post. i think i will try to go higher with a divider and this little trick =)

that's interesting. simply turning off the computer and turning it back on doesn't do the same?
