Wierd System Behavior / Potential Virus

Can anybody figure this out? ...because I can't. My downloads folder (and all other windows user directories) are in two different places.. and I have no idea why. Avira antivirus also seems to have detected malware, but I have no idea how it got there.

I couldn't figure anything out, and don't even know where to start, honestly... so I just decided to post these links to the pictures.

I Google'd the virus name, but it returned zero results.

Any information would be grealy appreciated... because I can't see a reason why any of this would be occurring. I have NO idea where that shutdown executable came from, either.

Its a virus, but the downloads folder is ok, I think its just two ways to get to the same folder. try deleting a file and see if it deletes in the other

Any idea how the shutdown .exe got there, though?

I still find this a little odd.
