Wierd shadows when scrolling

I got my old samsung synchmaster SA650 monitor back again due to a RMA case with a 4k monitor i had.
So im using the old monitor again.

Now i notice when i go on sites that has white text or coloured text on another coloured bagground.Then i see some kind of black shadow on the text while i scroll up or down. Its gone when the site is being still.

Eve on this site when i scroll up and down then i see a shadow effect on the yellow folders and the yellow forum text on this gray/black site. There is no shadow/ghosting effedct on black text on white sites. Only coloured text is worst.

It can also appear on my white mousepointer like mouse shadow that only is visible when you move the mouse. And i havent turned mouse shadow on under mouse options.

Im using 60 hz 1920 x 1080 - 8 bpc with full dynamic area. - Display port connection

I was just wondering if that is normal since i forgot how bad the quality is compared a 4 k monitor.
Or what is this shadow/ghosting effect i see ?

I have connected my old samsung monitor again and when i scroll up and down on sites with white text on coloured baggrounds, then i see some kind of shadow/ghosting of the text while i scroll..i havent seen this before..even in games i see some kind of wierd shadows on certain objects that looks similar to this ghosting/shadowing type that is going on..



Is the monitor broken ?

Trailing and overshoot caused by response time I'd say. If it has different settings for response time play around with those.
