Wierd Problem - Need Quick Answer

Alright, I gave my brother an old case to house his Dell PC in. Anyway, The chnage took forever because we had to drill holes in the case chassis for Dell's gay design.
Anyway, we got it in, turned it on. It beeped. However the screen stayed black.
What you think is going on?

I tried doing CMOS, and that didn't do anything.
 
remove everything. make sure the cpu is properly seated, reseat the memory, then try turning it back on

also, do a search on MB beep codes and see what the beeps are indicating. I used to have a link, but i can't find it at the moment

Bah, I'm an idiot.
While installing the Vid Card I neglected to push it in all the way.
