Wierd noise

Hello

I bought a new pc for 3-4 mounth ago and it had some wierd coil noise..it sounds like the psu so i did a RMa and got a new..and the same happend again..so i ordered a Sea Sonic Platinum Series 1000 and i still get some wierd hight pitch noise.

Here are some facts from my reseach:

- When i play games there is no coil noise at all

- When i watch movies then there are no coilnoise

- Ther eare no noise in idle mode ( when pc just is turned on and not being used )

- The noise appears like 2-3 seconds in high and low pitch tones

- Some days the noise is barly there and other days it appears more

- The Noise ONLY appears when i surf on sites ( using IE )
It seems like the noise react to sites with adds because forum sites like this dosent
provoke the noise, but if i visit i site with alot of adds then i hear a littel coil noise for like
2-3 second and then its gone and apeard randomly again.

I tryed to disable C halt states and other power saving stuff in bios and the results is the same.

Maybe it is the gfx card pulling some power that makes the coil whine in the psu ?
Im sure the sounds apears from the PSU area.

My specs

7970 ati card
intel 3600 MHZ
16 GB g Skill ram 1600 mhz
2 Samsung harddrives
1 Intel SSD disk
Sea Sonic Platinum Series 1000 PSU
Asus extreme ROG mobo

Several fans for cooling

Win 7 ult 64 bit
 
I had a corsair 1000 w HX modular then i got another corsair same model and now i have the sea sonic but the noise is the same..same tones and random apears

It dont seems like the HDD or dvd drive has to do so with this.
 
It is just coil whine so its not exactly a big problem unless you are sensitive to noise.

But see if you can Ty a different video card.
 
It was a rather expensive card..but istart to supect that its related to the gfx card pulling power from the psu and makes it "whine" noise..i just hate to hear very expensive hardware making faulty noises
