Ever since I got my Abit IC7-MAX3 mobo, I basically haven't been able to play CS or any online game because of high levels of loss and choke, no matter what I did. I installed Coolmon and AnalogX NetStat Live, and both of them are saying that my comp is downloading at just over 300KB/s, when I have no programs running that should be downloading anything. All the other comps on our connection seem to have no problems, other than when the router starts slowing down and needs a reset, which also only started happening when I got my new board. It has Gigabit ethernet, which got me wondering if my router didn't like it for some reason, but gigabit adaptors should be able to work at lower speeds no problem, right? My router is a Linksys BEFSR41, with the lastest firmware installed, as well as the lastest bios update available from Abit for the IC7-MAX3. Also, since Netstat Live records the top speeds, it says that my comp has received at 1.6MB/s, when my bandwidth limit is about 1.3Mbps. Even at LAN's I still get some loss/choke, though we did have internet at those LAN's so it could still be doing whatever it is that's causing this. ANY help would be appreciated
