Wierd Issue with Vista Business 64bit and 3D Mark 06

I noticed when it ran, 06 had this stutter every 5-10 seconds. Score it spit was not bad but not great compared to my XP Pro SP3 score. anyways I decided to check out COD 4 and Crysis to see if they too had the stutter. COD 4 ran perfectly smooth at 1680x1050 4AA and 16AF. Crysis using the CCC 1.31 Modification which tweaks Crysis's Image quality under pure Direct X 10 path ran great at 1440x900. I am guessing a mixture between High and Very high. On XP I ran the pure Direct X9 path at 1680x1050. So everything was fine there. I have not had a chance to test other games. I am not a benchmark whore. I use to check to see if I am with the margin and thats it. I am just wondering if anyone eles has had this problem. Also was using 1.10, the lastest version.

Everything is a fresh install with 8.6 cats and lastest Asus drivers from the site.
