Ok so I bought a new system from Monarch... I didnt install the ATI drivers and everything works just fine, then I install the latest drivers that came with monarchs CD, and then the latest drivers available on ATI's website and I get wierd flickering problems with the ATI drivers, I hate the fact my hardware manager has a device with a (!) next to it but its working fine. But im also a person who likes to make sure everything is up to date. Can anyone think of a problem that is going on??

The mobo is a asus a8n-e nforce 4, the card is a pci-e x700 sorry, im usually a nvidia fan but the price is right on ati since this is just a business computer and it sounds like i have no idea what im talking about because im not used to them.

/edit sorry for the confusion but having no drivers solves flickering, installing ati drivers causes flickersing :(

check your refresh rate in game. i had mine at 75, and bumped it back down to 60 and no more.
