Wierd Driver Crashing

I recently built a new rig and have been encountering an unusual error in BF2 thats beyond annoying.

Specs:
X2 3800 @ STOCK
Abit Kn8 SLI
Evga 6800GS PCI-E @ STOCK
2gb Corsair XMS TwinX Platinum @ STOCK
Thermaltake 680W Silent Purepower PSU
Western Digital 250gb Caviar SATA2 HDD

All packaged inside a Thermaltake Armor case with ALL the case fans installed and running at 100%.

My temps are almost always <45C unless i REALLY load the Proc in which case it gets to around 45C. Ambient Temps are around 32-35C in my room.

Now for the problem. General usage i notice nothing wrong. But i run BF2 for longer than 5 mins and i get one of two crashes. Crash to desktop, Annoying but nothing OVERLY bad. OR i get a bluescreen Hardlock. The blue screen details either an NV4 dll failing to respond or an unknown error caused by a device driver failing to respond. Ive heard about dual core problems and have tried Every fix out there but nothing even scratches my problem. I dont get slowdowns or stuttering, i simply get Crashes or hardlocks.
