Wierd discoleration with a 9600xt

i've had the 9600Xt for a few weeks now and i figured the coleration of stuff was just a glitch. When i check some websites or pop in cd's and have the autoplay consoles pop up i get colors that look like 8 bit garbage. I am running 32 bit color though. the games run fine and all but the wierd color distortions are driving me crazy. anyone else experience this poor coloring in certain pictures? Most specificaly warcraft 3 frozen throne quuick launch looks all distorted.
 
waht did you upgrade from? NVidia/or another ATI? Did you delete old drivers? Did your reformat? Are you running Cat 4.1's?

:D im at least a limp gawd.

but anyways the same crap happens to me when i run d2: LOD. when i minimize than reopen the program its colors return to normal.
 
I have a 9600XT, and I had a hard time getting rid of my old detonator drives all the way

Now i am running the newest omega drives and have no problems
