I was wondering how I can play Silent Hill 4 at 1680x1050... the highest resolution I can do now is 400x300 with black bars on the side which I can't stand. I have a 6800 GT and Dell 2005FP 20" widescreen with 72.20 drivers. I didn't know if this should go in Gaming or Displays forum but I just put it in here...
 
with a 6800 gt you should be able to do anything :)


1 update drivers
make sure ur gfx card is installed.
goto options then video and change it

I tried everything you listed... and I have my Video Card installed, if I didn't I couldn't see anything on the monitor. And what I said I meant the only option in the settings is 400x300.
