Wi-Fi Speed Problem

Hey guys. This CPU is on the other end of my house of my wireless router so I expect slower speeds but the last two days have been insane.

My isp is around 25mbps, but with wifi I get around 8-10 which is fine for what I do.
However, according to speedtest.net my connection is roughly .50 mbps.
I have reset my router, my adapter, and my isp. I plug in my ethernet cable (which I use for my work cpu so I cant use it for this one) and I get full speed.

I've already reset my adapter, my wifi on my imac is getting decent speeds, so its definitely this one. I'm unversed in network adapter troubleshooting. Any ideas of what to do besides resetting, and removing the card and reinstalling it? Thanks.
 
If works computer in the same room. Buy a switch plug that cable into the switch(Cord coming from your router/modem). Pick up two more cables. Plug one end of the cables into the other ports on the switch and then the other ends into each of your computers ;) :)

Any possible chance you can move the router?

Yeah, I have one ethernet cable in my room already for my work cpu, so I think I'm going to head to Frys and just pick up an ethernet switch to share the connection to my gaming pc instead of worrying about the wifi card. I never even thought of that Shockey, thanks.
