I bought the shuttle SS51G, which was the first SFF system with an AGP interface, the second it was available. At that time, I was moving my computer almost every weekend for LANs, so the portability was key. being able to bring your whole setup with you in 1 trip while still having a free hand was pretty great.
Now, my computer only moves about once a month, so portability is less valuable to me than it once was. I'm operating under the mind-set that SFF costs a little more and performs slightly worse than a full sized system, so I tend to just go with the latter.
