Ok its not that low but I am running
ABit NF7-S v2.0
Amd 1700+ @2200mhz
Buffalo pc-3700 2x512 DDR (BH-5 chips)

and I can get no higher than a 210 fsb. what am I doing wrong or not doing at all?

Well that isn´t that low. I would bet it´s your mainboard limiting you. I got the same mainboard and some Corsair XMS3200 and I am too limited at 210 FSB. But I do got a 2500+ BARTON so it may be your CPU too.

And before I was watercooling my northbridge I was limited to 193.

find out what's limiting you. can you increase the FSB if you lower the multiplier? how about if you use slower RAM timings? how about if you put a better heatsink on your northbridge chip? how about if you put a better fan on your CPU heatsink?

this is from my bios

Ext. CLock 211
Multi 10.5
Agp Freq 66
Ratio 6/6

CPU Volt 1.85
DDR Volt 2.9
Chipset Volt 1.7
AGP volt 1.6
Row Active - 11
Ras to Cas - 2
Row Precharge - 2
Cas 2.0

I have tried all sorts of timings but above 211 i can not even boot the voltages on the DDR and the Chipset are at there MAX.The chip can go up to 2.5 ghz and still boot but at low fsb. I am using the 5/14/2003 bios for the nf7-S
does the new bios have more voltage options?
