Why is UV Blue paint sold out at every store?

Is it that cool of stuff? I was thinking about getting it but it is sold out at every modding online store I can fine.

Because the owner's of the stores you are buying it from are probably going down to Spencer's and/or the local headshop, and they're buying all 6 bottles they carry, then adding on 200% profit and selling it to you, and making a killing.
