my windows time is always wrong after a while, i have to re-synchronize it manually to atomic time, it was 7 minutes fast just now, how come it goes fast when my cpu and ram is oc'ed?
I had this problem when my PCI bus wasnt set to the fixed 66/33 position on a I875P Chipset. Perhaps yours has to do with the same problem - keep your PCI bus at the standard frequency.
