Why is IE7 blocking not letting me open popup windows when i click on a one?

ok popup blocker was enabled but it was set to allow from the chat site i use...its supposed to open a new window when i click on someones name showing their profile but it just makes a sound like preventing me from opening the window! It does this even if i have popup block settings off completely. Wasnt doing this before...
 
Set it to temporarily allow popups from that site.

Or try middle clicking on the link to open it in a new tab.
