That is how it looks for stuff like Vimeo and some others. Youtube is fine. Everything appears fine in IE. Tried reinstalling flash, no luck. It's just one one of my laptops.

Why does my flash video look like this in FF and Chrome? Fine in IE.

Your ActiveX version (used in IE) of Flash is 10.0 while your plugin version is 10.1 (used in other browsers). Disable hardware acceleration in 10.1 and/or update your video drivers.

There is 2 plugins for flash. One for IE and one for other browsers.
