i overclocked my barton 2600+ to 2196 fsb=191
but when i open up 3dmarks and run the benchmark it will just reboot itself like two seconds into the grogram
can any one help

mbm showed that all my temps are fine

Im having the same issues here with a 3500+ that refuses anything above 2.5ghz
As soon as I try to play a game it restarts but it can go on churning prime95 for a long time

well..it's either..

your PSU isn't holding up
you're blue screening
your oc is unstable

sounds like the last one to me...what's your vcore look like?

also Kninetik..that just goes to show that prime95 isn't your universal oc testing tool :p

it means you need to up your voltage going to the cpu. keep feeding it voltage at small increments until you can run all your benchmark programs and prime95 stable, without errors or crashing.
