why does [H]ardforum load so slow ???

I m using Windows xp sp3 and IE 7 . I have 3mb/s broadband connection and so far it works fine , loads every page fast ...except Hardforum . I can load the homepage but as soon as i try to surf around in the forum or check my pms it gets terrible slow . Most of the time i get a IE timeout after more than 2 minutes that page is not available, or the page gets stuck in the middle of the loading process.
Whats wrong ???
Is the problem on my side or are there some problems with the forum server ???
If problem is on my side , how can i fix it ???

Its not you, its them. I have the same problem. Yet sometimes its fine, other times it take over a minute for a page to load.

I'm sure they are working it all out.
