Why does Catalyst control panel say 2303mb memory size for 4850?

Also says hypermemory :confused:

....NM, looks like ati allocates desktop memory automatically and they call this hypermemory. I'm surprised it's allocating 1.5gb of desktop memory considering I only have 4gb desktop memory though.
 
They are only used when you run out of VRAM and even then only as much as needed, so it isn't actually using that much from your system ram. relax.
