I sent them back a card, and they say that it was received on December 13th. It says "10 Day turnaround." It is now January 6th, and when I called yesterday, they said they haven't even shipped a replacement card yet! I'm furious!

Holidays?

10 day turnaround usually means 10 business days, also. That's also dependent upon

1) Testing to see if the card is bad.

2) Replacement availability.

There have been 18 official business days since the card was received.
It's conceivable that some of those business days were wasted in holidays.

it took me about 15 days I think when my 9800 Pro went out. I was a little pissed, but when I received a 9800XT I felt better :p

It's because they are located in canada if I'm not mistaken, their postal organization is terrible.

US RMAs can be sent to a US address (as opposed to shipping back to Canada).

Here's the US shipping address for RMAs:

ATI Technologies, Inc.
171 Cooper Avenue, Unit #110
Tonowanda, NY 14150

Mark the RMA number *clearly* on the outside of the box!

That way you won't have to deal with either US or Canadian Customs (that will be ATI's worry).

I have an AIW 9700 Pro I'm sending back today (fan literally fell off).

The address came from the e-mail I got from ATI.

I just finally got my card back, but it was just another 9800 Pro. I was hoping to have your luck. I did however, get a card that is r360. This card will take 490 core, 410 memory.

When I RMAd my 9800pro I got a r360 as well.
