Why can't I "View all subscribed threads"???

Hey there...I go into my User CP thing and click on "View all subscribed threads" and it says it's not allowed...bug or done or purpose??? THANX

I was just about to make a topic on this, can you guys please allow this. It seems to only show the thread if there is and update and once you have one look you then cant go back to it at all from User CP unless someone posts to the thread. It was an easy to re-read a thread without having to add the page to favorites in browser.
 
EDIT: Just saw that this has already been addressed...

Also, I can't subscribe to new threads. It says that I don't have "permission to access this page" etc etc.

Just an FYI.
