Why cant i run WarRock?

My friend and i have the same laptop. He run warrock perfectly fine and i can barely play. Both Dell Vosto 1500.
I have Intel Duo 2 Core each at 1.5 Ghz, total 3 Ghz. Intel GMA X3100, 2G ram.
The only differences are he is using Vista ( dont think it matters) and His monitor is some thing and mine is called Plug and Play. But we have same refreshing rate at 60 Hertz.

He said he got 69 processes running, and i only have 42.
He said he got no antivirus programs on his laptop.
I got Symantec Antivirus, Windows Defender running.
I also have Ad-Ware 2007 and Search adn Destroy on my laptop.

If the antivirus programs are a problem, how to i temparily disable them to run warrock?

and when i play the game, i set it to lowest such as 800*600 and it still wont run good

There's your problem. Symantec's products are very badly designed and use a lot of system resources. Look up an uninstall guide for NAV(sadly running a regular uninstall doesn't actually get rid of everything) and install AVG Free instead. Hopefully that will solve your performance issues.
