Why has the edit button been removed from the postbit?

EDIT: seems I can edit for THIS post, but a post I made just last night I am unable to edit.

EDIT: Kyle, might want to check user permissions in the forums. The one I am referring to is the ForSale forums.
make sure users can "edit own posts"
 
You can only edit your post within the first 20 mins (30?) after you've posted it.
 
that has got to be one of the most retarded options yet set by the Hard admins.

Change it back to unlimited.
 
You can (at least, at the moment) edit posts made at least hours, if not days ago, though it will say "edited on XXX by XXX"... within the first 30 mins or so it won't say that.
