WHS processing power?

ive pretty much got everything together besides the proc. how much processing power is needed?

motherboard: GA-945GCMX-S2 socket 775
ram: ocz (2x1gb) sdram ddr2 800
storage: athena backplane, 2x seagate barracuda 500gb 7500.11

Not much -- any modern processor should do. I'd be more interested in power saving / mode support.

im considering getting WHS, and i know the requirements arent too steep, but with that said, i have the following box

Abit BP6 (smacks you if you dont know) with dual 533 celrons, not overclocked. 768mb ram, and too many disks.

im pretty sure the highpoint controller doesnt have drivers for it. on my win2k3 box im using the xp drivers, and that isnt much fun, its making me almost revert back to win2k server..

think my box will run it though?
