WHS OS drive ticking

Like the title says my OS drive is beginning to tick. I've got about 5TB's of data that I don't want to lose. Is there an "easy" way of replacing the old hdd (which is only 7 months old) with another drive.

Little more info
WHS
11 hdd system
OS drive - 160gb wd blue drive
8 1tb wd black drives
2 2tb wd black drives

I say ddrescue but I use linux and windows about 50:50.

BTW, A modern drive starts ticking after it has a URE (meaning it already lost data and the firmware keeps trying in the background to recover).
