WHS Installed; should I run Windows update or not?

Hey, gang.

This is my first time working with WHS. Should I run Windows update after the initial install or should I just enable Automatic Updates and let WHS manage itself?

I realize they should end up with the same results, but my experience with XP tells me otherwise.
 
I always have automatic updates enabled (albeit to prompt me), and then I run Windows Update right away. I don't know what experience with XP would tell you that there is an issue using either or, but I don't think it really matters...as long as the updates get installed.
