• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Fresh install of WHS 2011. Installed all updates. I can't get windows to recognize a .wssx addin file as an install file. Windows just asks what program do I want to use to open them with.

Any Ideas? I have searched for hours for an answer with no luck.

Thanks,

John

Windows Server Install an Add-in is usually found in following folders:
%ProgramFiles%\Windows Server\Bin\InstallAddin.exe

See if you cannot associate the file extension back to that program, and ensure the program is there.

Thank you for the reply. Man I feel like a noob! I cannot find the file on my system.
